3 B Enterprises was formed in 2001 by the Billings family. We are based in Fort Worth, Texas and a leading retailer in windchimes, garden decor, and more. We understand that the love for great garden items is not just a seasonal whim.
We are active members of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, contributors to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and supporters of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra.
